2. User Conduct and Safety

Use at Your Own Risk: You agree to use LaneChange entirely at your own risk.

DO NOT USE WHILE DRIVING: For your safety and the safety of others, you must not, under any circumstances, operate, interact with, or use this app while driving or operating a vehicle. Accessing the app and your mobile phone while driving is dangerous, illegal and strictly prohibited.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this app by any third party.

3. Data and Privacy

User Information: LaneChange collects and stores minimal personal information. The only personally identifiable information required for registration and login is your email address. We do not store other personal information about you.

License Plate Number : LaneChange collects and stores the license plate, only if the license plate is submitted by a user.

User-Generated Content: All information, including license plate numbers and associated ratings, is submitted by users. While we do not link this information to your personal email, only the ratings you submit is visible to other users of the platform.

4. No Affiliation

LaneChange is an independent application. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any government agency, law enforcement authority, licensing department of motor vehicles, or insurance company. The information provided within the app is not sourced from or submitted to any official body.

5. Content Removal Requests

If you are the owner of a license plate that has been rated on LaneChange and you wish to have it removed ("blacklisted") from our platform, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your request, take appropriate action and confirm via a reply to the email.

6. Limitation of Liability

The creators of LaneChange shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

The use or the inability to use the app;

Any content posted on the app by users;

Any conduct of any user of the app, including, without limitation, any dangerous or illegal use of the app while operating a vehicle;

Any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any user-generated ratings.
